Daphne is an experienced, committed and motivated Family Lawyer. She is also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with years of experience supporting families experiencing relationship breakdown, domestic and family violence and child protection. Daphne was admitted to the National Legal Aid panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers in 2026.
Daphne’s previous experience includes roles in private family law practice, community legal services and refugee and migrant women’s advocacy.
